Shipping & Returns
Delivery in Denmark
We have free shipping on all orders to Denmark. We send with GLS, where you can pick up your parcel at the nearest parcel shop. Our delivery time is 2-4 business days, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
You are also welcome to collect from our warehouse in Kvistgård. Here you just have to select "Collection" during delivery - and then you will receive an e-mail when your order is packed and ready for collection.
International Delivery
​Our prices for international delivery vary. You will be informed of the price of your delivery at checkout.
Right of withdrawal and return
As a customer of Spike Company, you always have a 100-day right of withdrawal - valid from the day you receive your item.

Remember to enclose the invoice (or a copy thereof) in the return shipment.

As soon as we have received your returned item, you will receive a confirmation email and we will then refund the amount to the same account with which the item was purchased. It is not possible to have the return amount transferred to another account.

* Returned goods must be unused and in the same condition as they were received and in original packaging.
Buyer pays for return shipping and is responsible for the package until Spike Company receives it. Therefore, we always recommend that return goods be sent by insured post.

Note: We do not accept return mail sent to a post office or parcel box. In such cases, it must be expected that the package will return to the sender - after which it must be sent again.
Exchange
If you wish to exchange an item for another item, simply place a new order on our website and return the 'old' item.

At Spike Company, we have a 5-year product guarantee - valid from the day you receive the item.
