Prices
Changes in price may occur, depending on the time of your order. If Spike & Company accepts your order, the buyer will be invoiced the price applicable on the order date. All prices are shown incl. VAT.
The risk of accidental demise or deterioration
The risk of ordered goods being destroyed or damaged due to accidental circumstances only passes to the buyer when the goods are in the buyer's custody.
