Delivery area
We deliver to Danish addresses only. International delivery and local collection are not available at launch.
Price and carrier
Standard delivery in Denmark is free. Spike Company may use different carriers. The selected service is shown at checkout or in tracking.
Timing and tracking
In-stock goods are targeted for delivery within 2–4 business days. Weekends, holidays and carrier delays can affect timing. Tracking is sent when registered.
Delivery damage
Photograph the outer packaging, label, internal protection and damage. Contact info@spikecompany.dk promptly and keep the packaging until resolved.
90-day returns
Notify us within 90 days of receipt before sending. Return to Spike Company ApS, Kellerisvej 66, 3490 Kvistgård, Denmark. Parcels sent to collection points are not accepted.
The customer pays return delivery unless the return concerns a valid defect or otherwise agreed.
Refunds and exchanges
Approved refunds go to the original payment method. For exchanges, return the original item and place a new order.
