Prices and product information
Prices are in Danish kroner including 25% VAT. Standard delivery to Danish addresses is free unless clearly stated otherwise before ordering.
We may correct obvious pricing, typing or technical errors and cannot accept orders for unavailable stock. “Coming soon” products are previews and not binding offers.
Orders and contract
Before payment, you are shown the goods, total price, VAT, delivery information and links to the applicable terms. You must actively accept the terms to proceed.
We send an order confirmation after Checkout. The contract is formed when Spike Company accepts the order. We may cancel an order for an obvious error, suspected misuse or unavailable stock and release any payment authorisation.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. The methods available for the specific purchase are shown in Checkout and may include Visa, Mastercard, Link and MobilePay when enabled and eligible.
The amount is authorised at Checkout and captured when the order is dispatched. Spike Company does not receive or store your full card details. Read Payment and security.
Delivery
We generally deliver to Danish addresses only. We target 2–4 business days for in-stock goods, but this is an estimate. Risk passes when the goods are delivered.

Cancellation and 90-day returns
Consumers have a statutory 14-day cancellation period from receipt. You must notify us unambiguously before the deadline and return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notice.
Spike Company voluntarily extends the return period to 90 days from receipt. This extension does not restrict statutory rights. You normally pay the direct return cost and bear the risk until delivery to us.

Refunds
For a valid cancellation, we refund amounts received, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery. Standard delivery is currently free. Refunds use the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until the goods are received or return shipment is documented.
Claims and warranty
Danish consumers have a two-year statutory right to complain. Contact us within a reasonable time with the order number, a description and photographs where relevant.
The voluntary three-year product warranty is additional and does not limit mandatory rights. See Claims and warranty.
Privacy and cookies
Personal data is processed as described in the privacy policy and cookie policy.
Complaints and law
Contact us first so that we can try to resolve the matter. Eligible Danish consumer disputes may be submitted through the Danish complaints system at Nævnenes Hus.
Danish law applies without limiting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
