Prices and product information
Prices are in Danish kroner including 25% VAT. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing or typing errors, sold-out products and changes that do not affect accepted orders.
“Coming soon” products are previews and not binding offers.
Orders and contract
You receive an electronic confirmation after checkout. A binding contract is formed when Spike Company accepts the order. An order may be cancelled for obvious error, suspected misuse or unavailable stock; any authorisation will then be released.
Payment
Payments are handled securely by Stripe. Available methods may include Visa, Mastercard and MobilePay once enabled on Spike Company’s Stripe account.
The amount is authorised at checkout and captured when the order is dispatched. Spike Company does not store card details.
Delivery
Delivery is available to Danish addresses only. Standard delivery is free. The carrier and service are shown at checkout and in tracking messages. The 2–4 business day target for in-stock goods is an estimate.
Cancellation and 90-day returns
Mandatory distance-selling rights apply. Spike Company voluntarily extends the return period to 90 days from receipt.
Notify info@spikecompany.dk clearly, then return to Spike Company ApS, Kellerisvej 66, 3490 Kvistgård, Denmark. Parcels sent to a collection point are not accepted. You normally pay return delivery and bear the risk until receipt.
Claims and warranty
Mandatory Danish consumer remedies apply independently of Spike Company’s voluntary 3-year product warranty. Contact us within a reasonable time with order number, description and photographs.
Data, complaints and law
Personal data is processed under the privacy policy. Danish law applies without limiting mandatory consumer protection. Contact us first in case of a dispute.
